Negativity is something that destroys a being from all his power and strength.
Negative thoughts, beliefs and work will create destructions only.
Greed, hatred, jealousy, dishonesty, and other negative emotions have penetrated deep into our psyche as we forget the importance of religion in our lives.
Whenever you feel like giving up in your life, just take a moment to close your eyes and think about the good doings of yours.
Karma teaches us the spirit of detachment.
You need to work vigorously but also be able to surrender the fruit of your actions to the Lord.
“What goes, comes back”
Make sure that your doings are correct and healthy. So that what you give should come back to you. Only the right things!
Negativity always has an excuse to make, to get rid of hardworking.
Positivity will make you enthusiastic and vigorous to work more, no matter how difficult it is for you, you will do it. We don’t understand the importance of staying positive inside.
Internal positivity is more valuable than external. It is easy to show people that we are happy from outside. If our soul is not happy and positive then our life is not stable.
To remove negativity from your life it is very important to make a positive talk to yourself. Use affirmations as much as possible and talk to yourself whenever you feel low or negative.
Use enough of new techniques to cope up with negative thoughts. Listen to music, do meditation/yoga, watch movies, and talk to your friends or any other comfort zone.
It makes you happy and allows you to remain positive.
Sometimes, negative thoughts put you in a circumstance where you start doubting your religious and spiritual life.
We feel that God doesn’t exist, if really then why my life is full of suffering?
Why my God is not helping me to come out from this?
This is a complete myth which we think is right. Always remember that God is testing each and every one of us on our faith. People will forget their creator when something negative happens in their life and will remember him in happy times.
But, God wants us to remember him in all-time “HAPPY AND WORST” because he is the only one who can help us to come out from all odds and torments.
Ask yourself a question:
How can I hate myself?
How can I hate my creator?
If the same spirit (soul) is present in all of us, then where does the question being more powerful, more beautiful, or better than others rise?
Still, we sometimes find ourselves incapable of suppressing ugly and mean thoughts.
Negativity indeed takes a lot away from us
